Refund & Exchange Pollicy
At Soxter, we’re committed to delivering high-quality socks that you’ll love.
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
To report an issue, simply send us a DM on Instagram @soxter with your order details and a photo of the defective product. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be handled in one of the following ways:
- If you prefer a replacement, we’ll arrange delivery of a new pair at no extra charge.
- If you prefer a refund, we’ll coordinate with you to return the defective product and provide your refund in cash.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items (for example, if you change your mind).
